Coiled cables are created for aesthetic reasons. We offer straight cables and they do the exact same thing as our coiled cables. Our premade cables come with approximately 6 inch of coils.
Our keyboard cables use a paracord inner and a PET outer. Our connectors are anodized or spray painted depending on the color. For our metal connectors, they are also spray painted or anodized to match the connector. For our other connectors which are not metal, we use heat shrink.
Our standard sized cables, which include our pre-made cables, use 24AWG power wires. While our jumbo cables use 22AWG power wires.
Our cables use USB 2.0 technology.
All of our cables are completely handmade. We hand-sleeve every cable, solder every connector and coil by hand on a rod.
It mostly depends on your keyboard setup. Most people purchase 6 inch coils and use it for all keyboard sizes. However, some people prefer that it is sized to their keyboard. You can achieve this sizing through determining half the size of your keyboard width.
For example, a Satisfaction 75 is keyboard would have a width of approximately 12.8 inches. So you would go with the closest coil size, which is 6 inches to have a balanced look.
it all depends on the power that you require for your keyboard and the wires the keyboard is using. The USB 2.0 specifications is 15 feet total. For most keyboards, anything below that should be fine. However, the shorter is better if your keyboard requires a lot of power. This can include if your keyboard has a lot of RGB or uses Topre switches.
Some keyboards which we recommend you keep below 7 feet is Ducky, Drop Shift/Alt/Ctrl, HHKB, and so on.
Different vendors can use different wires and aviators, making them incompatible with each other. We do not recommend interchanging cable parts together as it can cause damage to your device.

Our warranty is one year on products brought from our website, Amazon and Etsy. You just need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to help.
Replacement products will be the exact same product or a refund. We will not change the product to a different color, model or something else on the site.
There is different ways to contact us to get support with our products.
Before you message us, please make sure to have the following:
1. The order number and email the order was placed under.
2. The proof of purchase, especially if its on a platform outside our website, such as the Etsy or Amazon order page.
3. Information regarding the problem with the product, any troubleshooting steps you have performed, and if possible, a photo or video of the issue with the product so we can try assist you better.

There is a few things that we suggest doing to troubleshoot the cable. Since, we could send you a replacement and you could have the same problem.
We suggest you test the cable on another keyboard, USB slot, and then a different computer. Some computers just do not give enough power to their USBs to run a cable at the length we sell. There are some ways to fix this even if this is a problem. You can try to purchase a powered USB hub. These USB hubs connect to both your computer and a socket in the wall, which gives it a stable power source to your keyboard at the longer length cable.
If this does not work, and you can not get the cable to work even under these circumstances, please email us and we will try to resolve it for you at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our warranty does not cover artificial damage, such as wear and tear, or damage caused by modification unless explicitly stated. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and significant cosmetic problems.
Some products are handmade, such as our cables, so it is normal to have some minor differences between batches.
